Shipping
We ship Sir W. Merino worldwide from our fulfilment partner in the United States, with limited exceptions noted below. Every order is packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed, unless circumstances do not allow this to occur.
United States
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no fine print. Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground and typically arrive within three to seven business days of dispatch.
If you'd rather have it faster, you can upgrade at checkout. Express and overnight options are calculated by carrier based on your delivery address, and shown before you pay. We don't mark up shipping — what you see at checkout is what the carrier charges us.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship via USPS Priority Mail and may take an extra day or two.
International
We ship to most of the world, including Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia. A small number of countries are currently outside our shipping network due to customs or carrier limitations — if your country doesn't show up at checkout, that's why.
International shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. You can choose between standard and express where available. Most international orders arrive within seven to fourteen business days of dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you'd rather see the total landed cost before you buy, we recommend using a free duty calculator like SimplyDuty or your country's official customs site. We can't predict these charges accurately because they vary by country, value, and how the parcel gets cleared.

Order processing
Orders placed by 11am ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking when it leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email once the parcel is in transit. You can also track any order by logging in to your account at sirwmerino.com.
If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, that usually means the parcel is in transit between sorting facilities and hasn't been scanned. If it hasn't updated in seven business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Delays
We try to be honest about what we can and can't control. Sometimes parcels are delayed by weather, customs, or carrier issues. When that happens, we'll let you know — and if a parcel goes properly missing (not just slow), we'll either send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
We don't make you wait thirty days before we'll act. If your parcel is meaningfully late, email us and we'll sort it out.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local carrier first — most "missing" parcels turn up within twenty-four hours. If it doesn't, email us within seven days of the marked delivery date and we'll either replace or refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the items before doing anything else, and email it to us. We'll replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address before you check out. Once a parcel is in transit, address changes are extremely difficult — usually only the carrier can intercept, and they often can't.
If you realise you've entered the wrong address, email us immediately. If the parcel hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it has, we'll try to help but can't guarantee anything.
Returns
See our full Returns policy for details, but the short version: 30 days from delivery, on us for US customers. International returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
