This page adds detail to our Privacy Policy about how we recognise returning customers and the cookies involved.

How we recognise you when you come back

We use Klaviyo, our email and text message provider, to recognise visitors who have already given us their email address or phone number, for example by signing up, placing an order or starting a checkout. When you return to sirwmerino.com, Klaviyo may use identifiers already stored in your browser to link your visit to your existing profile. These include our Klaviyo cookie, Shopify's visitor cookie (_shopify_y) and, where present, Google Analytics and TikTok identifiers. Once you become a subscriber, we may also link activity from before you signed up, such as products you viewed.

We use this to send you relevant emails, such as a reminder about something you looked at or left in your cart. We don't use it to identify people who have never given us their details, and we don't sell this information.

You can stop these emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, or email jock@sirwmerino.com and we'll remove your browsing data.
